The Benefits Help Desk is designed to be your personal benefits answer and support service for a wide range of benefits and insurance issues. It is staffed by dedicated professionals who will work with you personally until your question is answered or benefits issue is resolved.
The Benefits Help Desk keeps all inquiries and personal data completely confidential — collecting information from or providing information to only the organizations you authorize. The Benefits Help Desk complies with all HIPAA regulations.

The staff is available from 8am–8pm EST, Monday through Friday. After hours, you can leave a voice mail message — your call will be returned within 24 hours (or on Monday, if received during the weekend). Spouses/Dependents are also invited to use the Benefits Help Desk. There is a Spanish-speaking representative on staff. You may also email them at benefitshelpdesk@epicbrokers.com.
